I just found a cool site called Cruxy. They have a video encoder called Mux that takes a video url from any site and converts that video to any type you like. You can even convert to 3GP for Mobile phones. Cruxy is also a site like Youtube but allows the users more control over there accounts. You can even get paid if people download your stuff!
